If you always watch Him at the top of your head, you will always feel that you are the living power of God.

There are many monks; but a true realized monk who has penetrated beyond nature's splendors, who is free from all bodily senses and worldly attachments, who has reached the introvert stage, and who has penetrated the veil behind all religious is extremely rare.
The spine is the principal part of the body. By magnetizing the spine, you will feel divine energy, which in turn hastens our physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual evolution.

Feel your wife or your husband as the power of God. If the living God did not breath within you, then there would be no wife, no husband, and no sexual joy.
The path is just like the edge of a sharp sword. You are to walk every step very cautiously and carefully.
As is the breath, so is the mind. As is the mind, so is the man.
Give as much as you can. The more you give the more you get.
Bondage or liberation is in your hand.
An ounce of practice is far better than tons of theory.
