October 5: Hariharananda Mission West is approved as a tax exempt 501 (c) (3) religious organization. All donations made to Hariharananda Mission West now qualify for income tax exemption in the U.S.A.

September 23: Swamiji begins his second Joy Tour of the West. His schedule can be found here.

September 2: Beginning of Swamiji's first storytelling pilgrimage in the Himalayas with a group of twenty participants coming from four continents. This year's theme is "In the Footsteps of the Mahabharata Heroes". See here for more information.

August 15: A new brochure presenting the work of the Hariharananda Mission and the Ark of Love around the world has been created.

July 27: In order to facilitate our fund-raising, a short video on the "Network of Love" is released to present the work of the Hariharananda Mission and the Ark of Love around the world. It can be downloaded (in two separate clips) here or ordered for FREE here.

July 23: Swamiji’s Puja and Prayer Guidebook, used in all Ark of Love and Kriya Yoga centers, has been considerably expanded. Comprising chants, hymns, and prayers from around the world’s religions, it also shows the various steps to create a truly ecumenical mass of joy. The updated booklet can be downloaded in PDF format here.

July 12: A New Kriya Yoga center is started in Curitiba, Brazil.

June 13: A new CD “Meditation of the Chakras for All” has been produced by Swamiji for children and parents not initiated in Kriya Yoga. It is freely available through our Kriya Yoga centers and Ark of Love centers in English, Portuguese, Spanish, or French.

May 10-12: Swamiji was asked to create and perform four live musical programs to introduce the Dalai Lama´s conferences in Bogota, Colombia. Along with noted local artist Deby Korn, Swamiji was accompanied by eight other lovers of sacred chant from various religious traditions. A DVD compilling various live concerts of Sacred Chants is currently in preparation.

April 2: Our beloved Swami Brahmanandaji, long-time advanced disciple of Baba Hariharananda, peacefully left his body in Bhubaneshwar, India, on this day at 4:43 am. You can see a wonderful photo gallery on the French website of the Kriya Yoga Institute here.
