My beloved souls,

Hari om from your Self. I pray that you are all well and divinely connected with the fontanel. I am delighted to be able to communicate with you all at once from now on, and to take the opportunity to wish you all a HAPPY HOLY HEALTHY CHRISTMAS and HOLIDAYS in this first message.

Baba taught us that life is much deeper than we ordinarily think, and to search the metaphorical meaning in everything.

The birth of Jesus is not just an external event, it is also the birth of our sweet innocent breath arising in our nostrils, passing through the Christ center (the symbolical "manger" in the pituitary gland), and sacrificing itself at the feet of the Supreme Almighty Father (fontanel). In every breath we are to watch the birth and life and death and rebirth of our breath-Jesus.

Through this electronic medium, I am also happy to share with you some inspiring messages -- in this first installment, I am attaching a past issue of our "Rise and Shine" newsletter (which is no longer published).

Every couple of weeks I will write you a brief note and attach some more materials for your personal study and inspiration.

The conscious life is the life of a compassionate warrior -- we must constantly fight against the pull of maya and God-forgetfulness... with love.
